Bibo’s New York Pizza — Bird Ave

About 10 years ago my brother Bibo and I had a dream to bring east coast pizza to the west coast. Problem was we were broke, didn’t qualify for a lease anywhere, and never ran a restaurant. So we did what any American would….racked up some credit card debt, bought a used pizza oven, and converted an old butcher shop in the back of our dads liquor store “Jon’s Store” to a pizzeria!
